Gloddaeth Church was built in 1891, designed by Liverpool architect Thomas George Williams. Standing at the heart of the town, its tower has long been an anchor point — a familiar sight shaped by more than a century of coastal weather.
We’ve been tasked to remove rusting iron fixings and cramps that have been causing irreparable structural damage to the masonry. We will also be dismantling and replacing most, if not all of the parapet, sections of the cornice with new stonework to match the existing profiles, secured with replacement stainless steel fixings.
It’s careful, methodical work to help ensure this landmark continues to hold its place in the landscape for generations to come.
